One of the proteins that is dependent on the X-Factor is called osteocalcin.
Osteocalcin is a bone-regulating protein that is controlled by the X-Factor. When osteocalcin is activated by the X-Factor, it binds or sticks calcium to the mineral portion of your bones, making them strong and resilient.
But when the X-Factor isnt there, osteocalcin stays inactive.
When this happens, not only do your bones become weak and brittle because the calcium is not sticking to your bones, the inactive calcium floats through your blood and sticks to places it doesnt belong... like your arteries and blood vessels.

New research is quickly redefining heart disease as a deficiency of the X-Factor.

In animal studies, mice genetically bred to lack the MGP protein develop a wild and unrestrained buildup of plaque in their arteries that is so powerful they die within a few weeks of birth.
You need the X-Factor to activate MGP and put a stop to the buildup of plaque in your arteries.
The X-Factor also activates two other proteins that play a key role in plaque build up and heart health. One is called gas6, the other protein S.

Landmark Study Shows The X-Factor

The most important study to link the X-Factor to a lower risk of heart disease comes from the Netherlands.
The Dutch trial followed 4,800 people for 7 years and its considered a landmark study because its one of the first large-scale, well-controlled clinical studies to show a clear connection between the X-Factor and heart disease.
The results, published by the American Society for Nutrition, revealed that people with the highest levels of the X-Factor experienced a 57% reduction of death from heart disease than those with the lowest levels.

This happens because the protective lining that insulates your brain cells, called the myelin sheath, develops dangerous obstructions called amyloid beta plaques.
